G.S. Cookies – Cookie Display Case – Youth Activity Archive

Activity Description: Youth choose a cookie display case design and help prepare it for use at cookie booths.

Items Needed:

Girl Scout Cookie cardboard case or copy paper cardboard box
Cookie Display Case Instructions (See choices below activity instructions)
(Optional) Tape or glue
(Optional) Scissors
(Optional) Markers or stickers for decoration

Instructions (Estimated Total Time: 15–20 min):

Choose a display case plan. (3–4 min)
- Look at different plans for turning a cardboard case or box into a cookie display.
- Pick the one that works best for the group.
Follow the original instructions. (8–15 min)
- Use the step‑by‑step directions from the chosen source.
- Youth help fold, cut, or tape pieces as needed.
(Optional) Decorate the display. (3–4 min)
- Add simple decorations like stickers or markers. Keep the front clear so cookies can be seen easily.
Use the display at cookie booths. (1–2 min)
- Set it on the booth table during cookie season. Place cookie boxes inside the finished display case.
