The older (C/S/A) levels adds one or two extra requirements that go beyond the basics four topics. These steps explore topics like business goals, mentoring younger scouts, business ethics, social responsibility, resumes, portfolios, and value propositions. These can be kept simple or explored in more depth depending on your troop. To earn the Cookie Entrepreneur Family Pin, Cadettes must also learn about financial planning, while Seniors and Ambassadors must complete both a Cookie Business badge and a Financial Literacy badge.
