Youth Activity Archive

Activity Description: Youth play a cookie‑themed version of Twister using printed cookie images on the floor.

Items Needed:

• Printed cookie images
• Scissors
• Twister game mat
• (Optional) Paper plates
• (Optional) Glue or tape

Instructions (Estimated Total Time: 10–15 min):

1. Prepare the cookie pieces. (3–4 min)
   • Cut out printed cookie images.
   • Print multiple pages to have enough of each cookie.
2. Set up the game mat. (3–4 min)
   • Place the cookie images on the Twister mat or glue them to paper plates and arrange them in a grid on the floor.
   • Rearrange the cookies each time you play if desired.
3. Play the game. (4–7 min)
   • Youth play as they normally would play Twister, using the cookie images instead of colored circles.
   • (Optional) Ask cookie questions instead of calling out names of the cookies to test their knowledge of the flavors.
