- Choose an animal or character to make. (3 min)
- (Optional) Sketch the design on paper first.
- Cut felt into shapes. (7 min)
- Cut pieces for the body, head, arms, legs, or other parts.
- Use different colors if available.
- Arrange the pieces. (5 min)
- Layer the felt pieces to build the toy.
- Make sure everything fits before gluing.
- Glue the toy together. (5 min)
- Press pieces gently and let the glue begin to dry.
- (Optional) Add decorations. (5 min)
- Add eyes, buttons, or other small decorations to finish the toy.
- Make a backing and use cotton balls sandwiched in-between to make a felt stuffed animal.
