Activity Description: Youth vote by marking several options they like and circling their top choice to show preference.
Items Needed:
- List of prepared options for each youth
- Pens or pencils
- (Optional) Extra paper for tie‑breaker voting
Before the Meeting Starts:
- Prepare voting sheets. (3–4 min)
- Ensure each youth will have a list of options on paper. Make sure there is space to mark and circle choices.
Instructions (Estimated Total Time: 15–20 min):
- Mark and circle choices. (5–7 min)
- Youth mark a set number of options they like.
- They circle one option as their top choice.
- Collect the votes. (2–3 min)
- Gather all voting sheets or slips of paper.
- Count and review results. (4–6 min)
- Tally the marked options to see overall interest. Note the circled top choices to find clear favorites.
- If two or more options tie, hold a second round of voting.
- Announce the winning option(s). Record the decisions so the group can follow them later.
