G.S. Cookies – Draw or Write Names – Youth Activity Archive

Activity Description: Youths set out cookie pictures and practice writing cookie names or drawing cookie shapes.

Items Needed:

Cookie packages or printed pictures of cookie packages that includes the cost of each flavor.
- Note: The Paper Order Form can work for this activity. Photo copy and cut out the images of the cookies and hand write the sales price on cards.
Writing tools (whiteboards and markers or paper and pencils)
(Optional) Cookie Book Template

Instructions (Estimated Total Time: 5–10 min):

Place cookie pictures in the activity area (2 min)
- Ask Youth to help set out cookie packages or printed pictures.
- Make sure writing tools are nearby.
Practice writing and drawing (5–10 min)
- Youth write cookie names and the prices or draw cookie shapes.
