Activity Description: Youths take turns sharing brave moments while passing a soft object around the circle.
Items Needed:
- A soft ball or object to use as the “Bravery Ball”
Instructions (Estimated Total Time: 10–12 min):
- Begin the sharing circle (10–12 min)
- Sit in a circle as a group. Make sure everyone can see and hear each other.
- Place the Bravery Ball in the center.
- One Youth picks up the Bravery Ball and shares a time they were brave or saw someone else being brave.
- After sharing, they pass the ball to the next Youth.
- Continue until every youth has had a turn.
Optional Reflection:
- Reflect as a group (2–4 min)
- Talk briefly about how bravery can look different for everyone.
- Encourage youth to notice brave actions in everyday life.
